Whether you're choosing between Maui homes for sale or you've already purchased one, you may have renovations, updates and other new projects on your mind. When you buy home, making it your own can be exciting, challenging, and satisfying. Fortunately, there are ways to help make the process go as smoothly as possible so you can make the changes that you want in within a realistic budget and time frame.
If you've been considering a home project, the upcoming Construction Industry of Maui (CIM) Home Show is the perfect opportunity to set you down the path of customizing your home, or making plans to do so in the future. The Home Show will bring together Maui's building and design professionals so you can learn more about who is who, what they can do, and how you can make your projects a reality.
The event will take place at the War Memorial Gymnasium on Friday, June 16th, from 4pm to 8pm, and again on Saturday, June 17th from 9am to 4pm. The Gymnasium is a spacious indoor venue that will accommodate the many booths that you will have a chance to peruse, and also, there's plenty of parking.
Not only will participating building and design professionals share their services with guests, some will also showcase their interesting products. It's kind of a wonderland of home project opportunities, and if you have ideas of your own, you can easily run them by the experts to find out what would be required to turn those ideas into reality. Probably the most important benefit to this event is that putting all these building and design professionals in one place makes it easy for you to compare between them, their rates, and their specializations.
Organizers expect about 4,000 attendees at the Home Show, so you can imagine the number of vendors that will be there. During the show, there will be live radio broadcasts on both days, intended for promotions, deals, giveaways, etc., so even if you aren't able to attend, you can still tune in for the highlights. If you need more information, you can visit the Maui Chamber of Commerce.
If you're still in the midst of your Maui home search, and you need our assistance, you'll find our contact information at the bottom of the page. We would be happy to guide you through every step of the process as you choose and purchase your new Maui home. Mahalo!
